Phelps Ambulance and Phelps Fire Dept. were dispatched for a one car MVA on
Sunday evening, around 5PM. 2104 arrived on location to find the vehicle in a
field, and the patient had self extricated prior to arrival. Mercy Flight was requested,
however, they had to respond via Canandaigua to refuel the helicopter. 2191
proceeded to the NYS Thruway tandem lot in Manchester, where the Manchester FD
had a landing zone established.
