The Phelps Ambulance and Clifton Springs Fire were dispatched this afternoon to a
two-vehicle MVA with injuries and possible entrapment at the intersection of Wheat
Road & County Road 23 in the Town of Phelps. While enroute, EMS command
requested Mercy Flight to be put on standby, but it was unavailable due to the
weather. Command reported a 2 vehicle accident with no entrapment. 1 patient
was transported to Strong Hospital in Rochester, and another to Thompson Hospital in
Canandaigua.
