The Phelps Fire Department was dispatched at 17:09 to the New York State Thruway,
Milemarker 329 Westbound for a reported vehicle fire. Phelps Fire units arrived on scene
to find a passenger car, fully engulfed in flames. Brush Truck 2151 & Tanker 2141
operated on the scene for approximately 40 minutes.
