The Phelps Ambulance & Oaks Corners Fire Department were dispatched at 08:06 this
morning for a tractor trailer rollover on the Exit 42 Westbound Off Ramp of the NYS
Thruway. Phelps Chief 21-0 arrived on scene, and reported 1 injury, self extricated, and
a hydraulic oil leak.
