The Phelps Ambulance, along with the Phelps Fire Department were dispatched
early Monday morning to the intersection of County Road 23 & Melvin Hill Road for a
2 vehicle MVA, blocking CR 23, with multiple patients. Two patients were
transported to Clifton Springs Hospital. Units operating on the scene consisted of
21-0 (Command), 2103, 2121, 2171, 2191, & 2192.
