Phelps Fire was dispatched to a reported kitchen fire in the apartment above Lapresi's
Pizzeria at 6:06PM Monday evening. Newark Fire T-4 was requested to the scene,
while Oaks Corners & Clifton Springs Fire was requested to standby in their station.
Phelps Engine 2131, 2121, Rescue 2171 responded and called the fire under
control. Newark T-4 was returned. The range hood was determined to be the origin of
the fire.
