Fire Department Membership Requirements
If you are interested, you may obtain an application by stopping by the fire house any Monday evening,
between 6:30pm - 8:30pm. If you have any questions, feel free to call.

- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Applicants must be in good health and reside in the Town of Phelps.
- There are no residency requirements and applicants can be members
- of other fire departments and/or EMS agencies
- Will be required to pass a physical and background check.
