| The Phelps Fire Department provides fire protection services to the Town and Village of Phelps. The Town of Phelps encompasses approximately 64 Phelps. Phelps Fire Department also provides fire & rescue services to the NYS Thruway Authority, from mile marker 328.7-333.4. The remaining portions of the Town of Phelps are covered by the Clifton Springs Fire Dept. and Oaks Corners Fire Dept. The Phelps Ambulance covers Basic Life Support (BLS) services to the entire Town of Phelps, which also includes the NYS Thruway, from Milemarker 326-334.5.
