Phelps Fire Department is a 100% volunteer fire department located in the Town of Phelps, Ontario County, New York State.  We provide fire, rescue, and other emergency services to the residents and visitors of the Town of Phelps, which includes a portion of the New York State Thruway.

Winter & Fire Hydrants

It is extremely important that you keep fire hydrants clear of snow in your neighborhood.  If you are physically unable to do so, please use the form on our CONTACT US page and let us know.  Thanks for your helping us, so that we may help you...every second counts in the event of a fire!
